Al Estrada of Platinum Rockstars as Eddie Van Halen

Platinum Rockstars will be appearing at the Anaheim House Of Blues at the free JACK-FM postgame extravaganza on Sunday, February 7th, immediately following the game. Start time could be as early as 6:30pm, so be sure to get there early for the best seats in the house! Please note the show does not appear on the House Of Blues event website, but rest assured: the show is happening! Our good friend Mr. Chuck Wright, platinum rock star in his own right (Quiet Riot, Alice Cooper, House Of Lords) as well as Platinum Rockstars’ own Al Estrada will once again be displaying their amazing musical chops in the greatest classic rock superstar show in LA!

PRS at The Grove of Anaheim

The Platinum Rockstars roadshow made their first appearance in 2010 at the Grove of Anaheim on Saturday, January 23rd. This “sneak preview” Platinum Rockstars show featured three acts in 50 (yes, 5-0!) minutes: Led Zeppelin, Boston and Van Halen. That’s a lot of rock ‘n roll to fit in such a tiny space, but the boys came with their guns loaded! This show also marked the debut of certified platinum rockstar Chuck Wright on bass.

Chuck Wright

Just in time for the New Year, bassist extraordinaire and certified platinum rockstar Chuck Wright will join forces with the “Platinum Rockstars” classic rock superstar show. Chuck is most known for his work in the Mega-Platinum band Quiet Riot, as well as Giuffria and his band House of Lords. His reputation as one of the most accomplished bass players in Rock also landed him working with such legendary music icons as Alice Cooper, Gene Simmons, Slash, Gregg Allman and others. Chuck will provide a powerful new punch to the PRS roadshow.

In addition, the Platinum Rockstars Show is being revamped for 2010 and will be presenting an incredible new lineup of classic rock hits from Led Zeppelin, Boston, Van Halen, Journey, Def Leppard and Bon Jovi. Platinum Rockstars as Journey

Join the Platinum Rockstars as they rock Los Angeles’ Pershing Square Downtown On Ice rink on a balmy LA winter’s night! This will be the last show in 2009 for the Platinum Rockstars and if that’s not enough to convince you to check in, this is also the 12th Season for Downtown On Ice Outdoor Skating Rink at Pershing Square.

The show itself is FREE and the Ice Skating has a low admission price of only $6 (+skate rental $2), it’s the coolest way to add a little winter chill to the holidays without spending a lot of money. Rocker moms and dads, here’s your chance to entertain Junior while enjoying a classic rock blast from the past.

The Platinum Rockstars hit the Desert Diamond Casino’s Monsoon Club in Tucson, AZ on Saturday, November 7th.

This trip marked the first show for the boys outside of the friendly confines of the California/Vegas circuit and the PRS roadshow made some new fans in Arizona!

The Platinum Rockstars made their House Of Blues in San Diego, CA on Friday, October 9th. This special “sneak preview” show featured a 1980s arena rock re-creation, with Van Halen, Bon Jovi and Def Leppard.

Also appearing on the bill were the amazing “Bonfire“, an incredible AC/DC tribute to the Bon Scott era.
