Ladies and Gentlemen, the Platinum Rockstars!

The Platinum Rockstars hit the Desert Diamond Casino’s Monsoon Club in Tucson, AZ on Saturday, November 7th.

This trip marked the first show for the boys outside of the friendly confines of the California/Vegas circuit and the PRS roadshow made some new fans in Arizona!

Platinum Rockstars as Def Leppard

The Platinum Rockstars made their House Of Blues in San Diego, CA on Friday, October 9th. This special “sneak preview” show featured a 1980s arena rock re-creation, with Van Halen, Bon Jovi and Def Leppard.

Also appearing on the bill were the amazing “Bonfire“, an incredible AC/DC tribute to the Bon Scott era.

Thanks to all of our fans (current and new!) who attended — making this one very special night!

Platinum Rockstars invade San Diego again!

The Platinum Rockstars classic rock tribute show headed back to Canes in San Diego on September 24th. Canes is the band’s new favorite “home away from home” as our first show drew over 450 revelers and blew away attendance records for the debut of a tribute act on a Thursday night. 9/24 was no exception and a mighty throng of the PRS faithful made the night one we’ll never forget. Thank you San Diego! The best rock ‘n roll town on the west coast.

PRS Fans: Get In The Show!

Here’s your chance to become a part of the Platinum Rockstars show! A video reel is in development that will become a featured part of the live PRS experience. We are looking to our fans to contribute their memories, thoughts and impressions of the great classic rock acts portrayed by Platinum Rockstars: Led Zeppelin, Journey, Boston, Def Leppard, Bon Jovi and Van Halen. You can even talk about the Platinum Rockstars show if you wish! We are most interested in your impressions of the first time you heard the music, where you were in your life during the heyday of these artists, what the music means to you as well as the feelings the music inspires in you. Go ahead and hit the highlights right away! Clips with shrieking, shocking and sexy (PG13) are encouraged if the mood should strike! We need all kinds of reflections (calm to ecstatic) for the show.

Platinum Rockstars Classic Rock Superstar Show

The Platinum Rockstars classic rock tribute show is headed back to Las Vegas for two shows! Show #1 is at the fabulous Green Valley Ranch Resort in Henderson, NV on Friday, September 11th at 10pm. Show #2 is at the even more luxurious Aliante Hotel & Casino in North Las Vegas, NV on Saturday, September 12th at 10pm.

Friday’s show will feature the blistering fretwork of Lance Turner on loan from the Atomic Punks as well as our own Al Estrada. Show #2 will feature our usual “terror twins”, Mike McManus and Al Estrada. Both shows will feature “all killer, no filler” hits from Boston, Journey, Def Leppard, Van Halen and Bon Jovi.

The Fiesta Hermosa at the Hermosa Beach Pier hosts the Platinum Rockstars Superstar Show

The Platinum Rockstars Classic Rock Superstar Show hits the Fiesta Hermosa at the Hermosa Beach Pier on Sunday, September 6th at 3pm on the main stage. This 3-hour outdoor and free rock ‘n roll extravaganza will feature tributes to Boston, Journey, Van Halen, Def Leppard and Bon Jovi — and a final tribute to one of classic rock’s most beloved groups: Foreigner.

The Fiesta is always a good time with plenty of sun, surf, food, drinks and good Southern California beach vibes on the pier. Be sure to get there early as seating is limited! Please see the festival website for complete details on directions and parking and we’ll see you at the Fiesta!
